MakingTimeForYourself Blog I have started this blog because there are many parallel situations that we find ourselves in and realising this can help when you are struggling - there is always a way to find some positives. Its about women, men and relationships.
Please use the comments section below to ask questions or just as a release to say how you are feeling. Remember it may help you but also others in a similar situation.
"Making Time for Yourself" is just about that, putting yourself first. With everyone leading busy lives now we seem to have less and less time to relax, to think and to take care of ourselves. In today's 24/7 world it often feels as if nothing stands still, as if the very ground is moving beneath our feet, as if there is nothing solid to hold onto.
This sense of being driven along in continuous motion is much like the experience of driving in an unfamiliar modern city. We are locked into the flow of the traffic, we are bombarded by information and under relentless pressure to keep moving with the flow. We are unsure of our position and direction and in desperate need of a place where we can stop... look at the map... and figure out exactly where we are and if we are even going in the right direction.
MTFY aims to help you stop and think even for a few minutes to take a rest and think about what's important and then to reprioritise. How many of us have had that feeling that they wish they could stop time just to have a chance to get their breath back and sort their head out?
This is not all about ladies either so any guys out there feel free... you might even be able to understand us!
